Wesley Chen

Wesley Chen is currently responsible for Global High Yield Bond Fund Portfolio Management at Taiwan Cooperative Securities Investment Trust Co..  The company was co-founded by BNP Paribas and TCB in 2010, and currently fully hold by Taiwan Cooperative Bank.  He is also a lecturer of China fixed income derivatives of CFFEX.  Wesley has solid experience focused on multi-asset derivatives volatility trading and market-neutral arbitrage when he was with Polaris Securities Group.  He also participates in statistical arbitrage of global treasuries futures, yield-curve riding of interest rate futures via algorithm trading strategy.  In the area of macro trading of credit derivatives, Wesley was responsible for establishing CDS proprietary trading desk and traded L/S strategies of CDS indices (iTraxx & CDX).  Prior to this, Wesley was involved with spread-trading of Government Bond and IRS proprietary trades.  He did alpha extraction by using liquidity premium arbitrage between “on-the-run” and “off-the-run” of key-rate treasuries bonds.
