Mr. Bernard joined Tradeweb in 2003 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this appointment, he worked as Head of European Government Bond Sales and as Principal of the Global Leveraged Group for Bank of America, selling fixed-income derivatives to hedge funds and proprietary traders. Before BoA, Mr. Bernard was at Société Générale as Director of UK sales, and worked for more than ten years at Bankers Trust in London and Hong Kong in a variety of senior roles, including Head of Sales at BT Gilts. He began his career in the graduate programme at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Bernard was an Army Bursar at Oxford University, and graduated in 1985 with a degree in English Language and Literature.

Prior to joining ANZ, Clarence was a global credit portfolio manager, responsible for managing institutional clients’ assets.
Clarence holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Stanford University, and in addition, he was awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD.
He has won several awards in the category of Best Debt Fund Manager, Best Debt Fund House and for Funds managed by him from CNBC TV18 CRISIL, NDTV-ICRA ONLINE, LIPPER, MORNINGSTAR FUND AWARDS(INDIA), BUSINESS STANDARD AND OUTLOOK MONEY. He has also been ranked as Highly Commended Investor in the Asian Local Currency Bonds 2014 in India by The Asset Benchmark Research Awards 2014.
Throughout the past year Julian has argued that consensus expectations for China’s near-term outlook had swung to being far too bearish. The prevailing view was that growth would slow further. He suggested that in fact policy stimulus would drive a rebound in 2016. Julian also warned clients against expecting a sharp depreciation of the Renminbi. Julian will be speaking on the economic outlook for China and the implications for policy, drawing on the extensive analysis conducted by our team of China experts.
Prior to his move to Asia, Jethro was a Portfolio Manager – Credit Markets at AMP Capital in Sydney, and an actuarial analyst in AMP Financial Services.
Jethro graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney Australia with a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Actuarial Studies. He also qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia through post graduate studies.

As Vantage Investment's CEO, Jerry is head of Investments, Project Finance, and Debt Capital Markets. Vantage Investment is a direct lender for infrastructure, clean-energy and commercial development projects, and a principal buyer of performing mortgage portfolios.
Jerry has worked between the U.S. and SE Asia since 1997, advising on financial institution portfolio transactions, securitizations, PPPs and private projects.
Mr. Jarrell manages a proprietary $775M USD portfolio of loans, securities and derivative instruments for Vantage Investment. Jerry has developed advanced proprietary algorithms to achieve yield and risk control in the Vantage Investment portfolio.
Vantage Investment is leading the development of a private secondary market for ASEAN bank portfolio assets, known as the GPL Purchase Facility.
Prior to this, Seth led the expansion of ICAP’s Electronic Markets product portfolio in his roles as Chief Executive Officer of both BrokerTec and ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange.
He joined ICAP as a graduate trainee and has worked at the company for more than 20 years. For ten years, Seth was the Managing Director of the interest rates options and inflation swaps desks. He oversaw the introduction of new and innovative trading solutions including the volume match system.
With a career in the financial industry that spans 26 years, Mr Loh was most recently Deputy President and Head of Asia Pacific Global Markets at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch from December 2012 to March 2015. He was also the firm’s Country Executive for Singapore and Southeast Asia and a member of its Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
Mr Loh began his career as an Investment Officer with the Monetary Authority of Singapore in 1989. He joined the Singapore branch of Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. of New York in 1992, managing its Southeast Asia fixed-income and derivatives business.
From 1995 to 2012, he was with Deutsche Bank AG, where he held various leadership roles including Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for Asia Pacific, Head of Global Markets for Asia, and Chief Executive of Global Markets at Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore.
Over the years, Mr Loh has played a key role in the development of the capital markets in Southeast Asia, having held a number of senior advisory positions. Apart from his directorship on the SGX Board from October 2003 to September 2012, he has also been a Director on the Board of GIC Pte Ltd since November 2012.
He has served as Chairman of the Capital Markets Working Group since 1998, Deputy President of ACI Singapore, the financial markets association, since 1999 and Chairman of the Debt Capital Markets Committee of the Singapore Investment Banking Association since 2000. Mr Loh is also a council member and Distinguished Fellow at the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore, and was Chairman of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Market Committee. He was awarded for Outstanding Contribution to Financial Markets in Asia in the Euromoney Awards for Excellence in 2010.
Mr Loh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.
Kheng Siang is the Asia Pacific Head of Fixed Income atState Street Global Advisors, based in Singapore. He is responsible for leadingthe Asia Pacific fixed income teams managing global and local fixed incomemandates as well as driving the regional effort to provide innovative fixedincome solutions to clients in the region. Prior to joining SSGA in 2005, KhengSiang was a portfolio manager at ABN AMRO Asset Management where he managedglobal fixed income portfolios. Kheng Siang started his career as a PortfolioManager at Bank Negara Malaysia where he managed fixed income portfolios of theforeign reserves and held the position of Head of the Financial Market AnalysisSection.

Ashley joined UBS AM in 2004 in the Sydney office, before moving to Singapore in 2008. He took on his current role in May 2012. Prior to joining UBS, Ashley gained extensive fund management experience covering a wide variety of investment markets and clients.
He was Head of Fixed Income at Westpac Investment Management for 5 years where his team was responsible for the management of all cash and fixed interest funds. Ashley has also previously worked as Head of Fixed Income at Barclays Global Investors (Australia) for 3 years and as a senior portfolio manager with AMP Investments for over 10 years, both in Australia and London.
Overall James has around 20 years of banking experience primarily in market and credit risk across London, New York and Singapore. James has also co-authored handbook section on Counterparty risk and XVA/ Capital for PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers’ International Association). James is a regular speaker at regional and international risk conferences presenting mainly on technical topics of risk and capital relating to XVA, RWA optimisation and risk methodologies.
Shilan successfully developed proprietary inflation indicators and currently developing an in-house growth indicator. He is a recognized voice on the Indian economy and markets in the media. Shilan will be speaking on the outlook for the Indian economy, enabling me to draw upon my analytic skills and experience at Capital Economics to present to the audience in a clear and concise manner.
Vivek has worked with Global organisations like Citibank and ING earlier, before joining Edelweiss. Vivek has worked across product, strategy and business development roles and has been instrumental in setting up new businesses both at ING Investment Management and Edelweiss.
Vivek is currently responsible for the Global Asset Management business at Edelweiss for South East Asia & Middle East. In this role, Vivek is instrumental for developing the B2B distribution across institutional clients, private banks and family offices, for the asset management products and identifying new products and opportunities for various client segment. Vivek is also involved in guiding the strategy for the International business at Global Asset Management
In his previous assignment at Edelweiss, Vivek was responsible for setting up the Products & Investment Advisory function for the Global Wealth Management business. The desk is responsible for Investment advice across asset classes, identifying opportunities and trends and creating product solutions for ultra HNI’s and family offices client being managed by the Global Wealth Management business
Vivek’s last stint with ING Investment Management was as Head of Product. He was also part for the core team responsible for setting up the offshore Asset Management business providing investment avenues for offshore investors into India.
Vivek is a frequent speaker in International forums including Hubbis, Structured Retail Products etc . Vivek is an Economics Graduate from St. Xaviers College and an MBA graduate from Symbiosis Institute, India. He has also completed his CFA level 1
Prior to this, Stu held various senior roles in Fixed Income both at UBS and Merrill Lynch, in addition to having served as a board member of Tradeweb and of Baymarkets, the OTC trading system vendor.
Stu holds an MPhil from Cambridge University.
Mr Tsai joined SGX in July 2013. Prior to joining SGX, Mr Tsai served as Senior Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at DBS Bank from 2011-2013. He joined from DBS Asset Management where he was Fixed Income Investment Director and a member of the Management Committee. Prior to DBS Asset Management, Mr Tsai was most recently Managing Director and Head of Structured Solutions at UBS.
Prior to Atlas, Josh was a day one member of a quantitative hedge fund focusing on investment research and implementation of systematic trading strategies. Before the hedge fund role Josh had experience managing a fixed income portfolio on the trading desk of Credit Suisse. Josh has worked in the finance industry for over a decade, starting out his finance career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Josh graduated with a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA and a MSc in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, USA. Josh is also an Affiliate Member of the CFA Institute and has passed all three exams.
